Very satisfied. No wasting time. No long waits. Quick to rule out issue and able to fix it within 10 mins. And they didn’t charge. Very professional. Would recommend to anyone busy😊

I had a terrible experience at Texas Tire in Denton. My dad came in around 3 PM for a tire exchange and alignment on his BMW. They initially charged a reasonable price of $120 for the alignment. We watched them closely from a distance, and they did the tire work pretty quickly. But when it came to the alignment, they never even put the car on the alignment machine—something we noticed. After finishing, they told us the alignment was done. Later, when we drove the car and stopped for food, my dad realized nothing had been adjusted—no bolts moved, no work done at all. When we came back, they argued that the alignment was completed. Eventually, they gave a refund—despite their policy saying all sales were final. I want to be clear: this was a scam attempt. They tried to take $120 from us for a service they never did. Boldly, I say: SCAM ALERT—please be careful and avoid this shop. Also when asked to give us a printed alignment report, then claimed their printer ran out of ink and then they proceeded to say that they where going to text it to my dad and never texted him nothing . Thankfully, my dad knows cars, or else we would’ve been badly scammed.

This location makes sure their work is done right...Staff knows how to communicate and answers all the questions you might have...I had Tom Clark Auto park in Denton did not honor warranty work on a factory brake line malfunction that almost caused my truck to flip on the highway cruising at 75 mph. The dealership claimed that Texas tires in Denton installed a lift on my truck causing the hard brake line to fail. I TOLD THAT ADVISOR THAT THE LIFT HAD ZERO EFFECT ON THE BRAKE LINES...and the advisor proceeded to tell me a vertical change on the trucks suspension caused the failure...Sadly I was a mechanic by trade and told him that was the dumbest sheep excuse to deny warranty coverage that I have ever heard.

I advise against patronizing this establishment. The owner exhibits consistently unprofessional conduct, characterized by rudeness and a lack of effective customer engagement. My observations suggest a pattern of poor customer relations, with the owner frequently raising his voice and displaying impatience when customers attempt to explain issues or ask questions. Furthermore, the owner prioritizes payment upfront, often before even assessing the vehicle. This approach, coupled with a perceived inability to sell inventory, indicates a significant deficiency in business acumen. You can give it a try and if you hear anything different from cash or card at initial contact even before he sees your vehicle.

Found this place on Google as I was traveling to Winstar Casino after my tire started coming apart. I called to make sure they would be open late since I was passing through in the evening hours. The tires I purchased were a good price with good services. A better deal than our local tire shops offered me for the same tires.
